Classes
The numbers for classes at True Serenity are limited to ensure a comfortable and more personal experience in a friendly and welcoming environment. Please call to register your interest.
Meditation ~ A chance to come together with like-minded people and escape from the trivialities of reality for a while. You will remain in control of where you want to go and how deep you wish to go. A safe, comfortable environment to relax, drift away and reach other levels of consiousness.

Core Stability ~ A lot like Pilates. Strengthening the inner core muscles will create a better foundation for strengthening the rest of the body. Helps to protect from injuries caused by physical activity. Can help improve weak back / abdominal muscles. A slow moving, simple but effective class.
Starts Wed 30th June Time - 6pm-6.45pm Cost - £5 (pay as you go)
Yoga ~ A combination of breathing exercises, physical postures and meditation, which can help to bring about health and wellbeing on all levels, (mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically). A ‘Modern Hatha’ style class suitable for beginners and offered in six week blocks. Register early as numbers are limited.
Wednesdays 7 - 8pm Duration - 6 weeks Cost - £45
Early Bird Yoga - We are proposing to start an early Yoga session on Thursdays at 5.45pm from September 23rd. If you are interested in taking part please let us know.
