The numbers for classes at True Serenity are limited to ensure a comfortable and more personal experience in a friendly and welcoming environment. Please call to register your interest.
Meditation ~ A chance to come together with like-minded people and escape from the trivialities of reality for a while. You will remain in control of where you want to go and how deep you wish to go. A safe, comfortable environment to relax, drift away and reach other levels of consiousness. Mondays ~ 7-8pm 'Pay As You Go' £5
Tai Chi ~ as it is practiced in the west today, can perhaps best be thought of as a moving form of yoga and meditation combined. There are a number of so- called forms which consist of a sequence of movements. Many of these movements are originally derived from the martial arts although the way they are performed in Tai Chi is slowly, softly and gracefully with smooth and even transitions between them. Wednesdays 6-7pm Duration - 6 weeks Cost - £45
Yoga ~ A combination of breathing exercises, physical postures and meditation, which can help to bring about health and wellbeing on all levels, (mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically). A ‘Modern Hatha’ style class suitable for beginners and offered in six week blocks. Register early as numbers are limited.
