Reiki Level 2 - Take a leap from Reiki Level 1 with the introduction of the Reiki Symbols. The symbols are 'keys' which literally unlock the door to more energy. Holistic Weight Management - This course will be presented by Nikki Brierley who is a dietician who takes a special interest in weight management. The course takes an evidence based approach and is designed to offer improved knowledge, increased motivation and greater confidence. Promotes long term weight loss. Dates - TBA
Hopi Ear Candle Training - This is a one day certified practitioners course. The day will include essential background information, anatomy and physiology of the ear, benefits to treatment, safety aspects and the practical guidelines. Each participant will give and receive a treatment. 20th Mar £85
Indian Head Massage - A two day practitioner’s workshop which will include this history and development, anatomy and physiology of the relevant area, safety aspects and benefits to giving a treatment, and relevant massage techniques. Each participant will give and receive a full treatment.

Kinesiology for Therapists - This is an exciting practical one day workshop aimed at practicing therapists. There are many simple techniques which will help to improve the health and well being of clients. The day will demonstrate a safe and very useful use of muscle testing.
