Emotional Freedom Techniques is based in the ancient Chinese knowledge of the meridian system.
Techniques can be used by anyone for pain relief, freedom from fears, phobias and addictions etc.
The course covers history and development, applications, demonstrations and practice.
The AAMET recognised certificate of attendance on completion is necessary to proceed to level 2.

Angela is an inspirational teacher and spiritual guide, she delivered the course in an environment filled with love and understanding. The three days were very intensive as there is a lot of information to take on board and I felt exhausted but fulfilled at the end of each session. What was so beautiful was the way the group supported each other and we felt the same closeness that you would have for dear friends or family. The manual covers all the areas we worked on so if you feel concerned that you wont remember everything as I did then this is a great reference book.
