Rama Raja Yoga ~ Ron Heyes
An evening of meditation, healing, card interpretation and raising your vibrations in preparation for 2012.
Rons wacky and wonderful approach makes this interactive session fun and fabulous.
Just because the title mentions Yoga this session does not entail bending your body in any way shape or form, although if you wish to I’m sure that would be fine!

Angel Healing group ~ Declan Kerr This group meets on the first Thursday of the month, 7pm till 9.15. The evening will consist of a combination of meditation, connecting with angels and channelling the gorgeous healing energies of angels for the highest good . No previous experience is necessary. There is no obligation to attend each month. Thur 8th July 7-9.15 pm £6
ROC ~ Raising Our Consiousness This is a 2 hour gathering lead by Isabelle Walker. You will first be invited to take part in various practices such as meditation, visualization, self discovery and more. Then there will be an hour's discussion on various topics related to consciousness. This group aims to be a safe and supporting environment for transformation.
